Alpine structural evolution of the Internal Piedmont Zone in the Upper Viù Valley (Lanzo Valleys Ophiolite, Western Alps)

New structural data have been collected in the high-pressure meta-ophiolites exposed Lanzo Valleys (i.e., Ophiolite, LVO) and tectonically overlying continental crust of Dora-Maira Gran Paradiso massifs Western Alps. Detailed geological mapping analysis carried out south-western sector LVO Upper Viù Valley) allow to distinguish four ductile deformation phases, corresponding subduction-related D1 phase, early exhumation-related D2-phase late D3 D4 phases.
