All-Dielectric Dual-Band Metamaterial Absorber Based on Ring Nanocavity in Visible Region for Sensing Applications

In this study, an all-dielectric metamaterial absorber consisting of a ring nanocavity array, spacer layer, and metallic substrate is designed investigated. The simulation results show that the two perfect absorption peaks (99.91% 99.96%) are achieved at 539 nm 673 nm. resonance modes caused by different electric magnetic field distributions structure lead to sensing properties. addition, influence structural parameters, such as width nanocavity, on characteristics was studied presented here. A high sensitivity narrow band result in huge figure merit when proposed operated refractive index sensor.
