Transparent aluminum oxide nanostructures with extreme wetting properties were synthesized by nanosecond laser deposition in background oxygen. The transparency and morphology of the samples have been analyzed. Non-monotonic behavior transmittance coefficient was found when varying oxygen pressure range 20-140 Pa due to differences kinetics ablation product dispersion. evolution contact angle from ~ 5 120◦ coatings are stored air under normal conditions investigated.
