AKTIVITAS KOAGULAN DARI DAUN SEMBUNG RAMBAT (Mikania micrantha Kunth) SECARA IN VITRO

Tumbuhan sembung rambat ( Mikania micrantha Kunth) pada Suku Anak Dalam (SAD) Jambi digunakan untuk mengobati luka dan infeksi kulit yang bisa mengakibatkan perdarahan. Untuk menghindari perdarahan dibutuhkan senyawa kerjanya sebagai koagulan. Oleh karena itu pencarian koagulan penting dilakukan, salah satunya ada daun rambat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui aktivitas ekstrak fraksi secara in vitro . Metode yaitu ekstraksi menggunakan metode maserasi dengan pelarut etanol 70%, difraksinasi cair-cair n- heksan, etil asetat butanol.
