چکیده

The rational design of drug delivery systems has led to enhanced targeting, increased efficiency, and a reduction side effects in chemotherapies vaccines. As most biological reactions took place at the interface, particle-stabilized emulsion (Pickering emulsion), may offer major implications for advanced loading, delivery, controlled release. In fact, it is aggregating particles that determined multi-level structure, multi-valent cellular interactions, multi-functional physiochemical properties delivery. A deeper understanding on tunable patterns properties, as well underlying mechanisms, pave way efficient also aided progressing “Aggregology” beyond molecules particles, emulsions, biomedical applications. Here, recent development Pickering emulsions their applications were thoroughly reviewed. Strategies control over illustrated based particle energy input, choices continuous dispersion phases. particular, enough emphasis was attached structure-effect relationship between process, such structure effective flexibility permeability stimuli-responsiveness By channeling unique interfacial this work shed light

Tuning Amphiphilicity of Particles for Controllable Pickering Emulsion

Pickering emulsions with the use of particles as emulsifiers have been extensively used in scientific research and industrial production due to their edge in biocompatibility and stability compared with traditional emulsions. The control over Pickering emulsion stability and type plays a significant role in these applications. Among the present methods to build controllable Pickering emulsions,...

The One-Step Pickering Emulsion Polymerization Route for Synthesizing Organic-Inorganic Nanocomposite Particles

Polystyrene-silica core-shell nanocomposite particles are successfully prepared via one-step Pickering emulsion polymerization. Possible mechanisms of Pickering emulsion polymerization are addressed in the synthesis of polystyrene-silica nanocomposite particles using 2,2-azobis(2-methyl-N-(2-hydroxyethyl)propionamide (VA-086) and potassium persulfate (KPS) as the initiator. Motivated by potenti...

Gamma scintigraphy in the evaluation of drug delivery systems [Persian]

Gamma-scintigraphy is applied extensively in the development and evaluation of pharmaceutical delivery systems, particularly for monitoring formulations in the gastrointestinal and respiratory tracts. The radiolabelling is generally achieved by the incorporation of an appropriate radionuclide such as technetium-99m or indium-111 into the formulation or by addition of a non-radioactive iso...
