Poverty exists without any face; it is a multifaceted and complex phenomenon. famines existed before human civilization culture. Human culture 0.07 million years ago, began 6000 ago. In modern civilized society, ‘first famine in history occurred 1708 B.C. From BC to 1878 AD, 350 various spheres of the world. The Encyclopedia Britannica listed 31 main from prehistoric 1960s. sub-continent has also faced eleven severe 1769-70 1943, about 40.9 people have died due these famines. Similarly, more than 2 billion live below poverty line. Besides, China left 800 ‘Open Door Policy’. Now she changing world's shape through BRI. Africa perplexing region Because, facing all root problems world, i.e., poverty, massive unemployment income inequality, mono-culture political economy, border disputes, intra-state wars, ethnic lingual clashes. land Africa, first was recorded 2273 ago Ethiopia’. About 2,582 languages[i] 1,382 dialects are found on African continent. 1945 1999, humanity 25 interstate most which Africa. Therefore, 127 civil wars happened among 73 states same era, 16.2 died. Export Import Bank will spend 1US$ trillion continent 2025.
