Affording Access: Pathways to Reducing Textbook Costs

After piloting an Open Educational Resources (OER) grant program, librarians from the University of Scranton’s Weinberg Memorial Library OER Committee conducted a survey about inclusion library resources in initiatives. The examined if institutions defined as OER, why libraries chose not to include resources, and, included, types library-licensed or purchased content. found that most (18 27) respondents did and together did, majority (5 9) used licensed addition open educational access resources. conclusion this article looks at pilot program Committee’s decision realign rebrand light results.
