Aerosol-Assisted Chemical Vapor Deposition (AACVD) Technique of SrTiO3: B Thin Films and Study the Structural and Optical Properties and Hall Effect Measurements

Aerosol-assisted chemical vapor deposition (AACVD) technique is very precise implemented to fabrication of structured SrTiO3 and Sr1-xBxTiO3 thin films at doping ratio (x = 2, 4, 6 8) % temperature 400 °C on a glass substrate. The X-Ray Diffraction (XRD) patterns illustrated that the have polycrystalline nature cubic structure, detailed characterization by X-ray diffraction (XRD), Surface Morphology studied using (AFM) (SEM). Have been noticed from AFM measurement Roughness RMS were increased with increases ratio. optical properties rate (300-900) nm. transmittance spectrum characterized opposite behavior absorbance spectrum. generally increase in wavelength radiation, wavelengths low energies while decreased slowly nm i.e. visible region. band gap (Eg) (3.2 - 2.5) eV which indicates process has led emergence localized levels region confined valence conduction bands, reduction photon energy required for direct electronic transitions occur. Found carriers concentration charge are holes %. Many can be improved adding impurities such as Boron (B) SrTiO3, used solar cells, industries or thermoelectric generators controlling structural material materials percentages impurity, through heat treatment material, annealing, example exposure different temperatures.
