Adrenal Myelolipomas: An Interesting Case Series of the Silent Tumours with a Diagnostic Dilemma

Adrenal myelolipomas are a variety of rare and endocrinologically non functional benign neoplasms the adrenal gland. They usually composed haematopoietic elements with interspersed areas fatty tissue, thus, resembling bone marrow tissue. These tumours detected as an incidentaloma during routine scans on suspicion other diagnoses mostly silent clinically. have always been subject diagnostic dilemmas for clinicians, they asymptomatic benign, but often operated upon in situations where malignancy cannot be excluded. Differential diagnosis these include adenoma, carcinoma, retroperitoneal liposarcoma renal angiomyolipomas. A careful histopathological examination settles diagnosis. Usually, unilateral right sided preponderance small size. Here, authors report three interesting cases, including two females one male, varied presentations cases presenting large size case tumour was located left side.
