چکیده
Adipolin, neprilysin, and chemerin have pleiotropic properties; therefore, their concentrations may influence health complications associated with obesity. The study aimed to search the relationship between adipokine levels anthropometric metabolic parameters as well blood pressure values, taking into account of gender age. group consisted 88 people aged 30–60 years. It was found that concentration is positively correlated glycaemia in 120′ OGTT (rs = 0.412; p 0.030) obese women. There a negative correlation adipolin LDL-C serum −0.414; 0.044) individuals normal glucose tolerance positive triglyceridemia 0.333; 0.033) men. Moreover, high (above median values) were observed 3.79 times more frequently (OR 3.79; 95% CI: 1.03–13.91; 0.040) male population characterized by elevated triglyceride 1.7 mmol/L). In logistic regression analyses, we frequency plasma increases age (p 0.005) only BMI < 30 kg/m2. also shown studied adipokines are interrelated. neprilysin selected metabolism exponents.

Stress in Obesity and Associated Metabolic and Cardiovascular Disorders
Obesity has significant implications for healthcare, since it is a major risk factor for both type 2 diabetes and the metabolic syndrome. This syndrome is a common and complex disorder combining obesity, dyslipidemia, hypertension, and insulin resistance. It is associated with high atherosclerotic cardiovascular risk, which can only partially be explained by its components. Therefore, to explai...
متن کاملGut microbiota in obesity and metabolic disorders.
Obesity is a major public health issue as it is causally related to several chronic disorders, including type-2 diabetes, CVD and cancer. Novel research shows that the gut microbiota is involved in obesity and metabolic disorders, revealing that obese animal and human subjects have alterations in the composition of the gut microbiota compared to their lean counterparts. Moreover, transplantatio...
متن کاملA Marker of Endotoxemia Is Associated With Obesity and Related Metabolic Disorders in Apparently Healthy Chinese
OBJECTIVE Elevated lipopolysaccharide-binding protein (LBP), a marker of subclinical endotoxemia, may be involved in the pathogenesis of obesity and metabolic risk. We aimed to investigate the association between plasma LBP and metabolic disorders in apparently healthy Chinese. RESEARCH DESIGN AND METHODS A population-based study including 559 overweight/obese (BMI >or=24.0 kg/m(2)) and 500 n...

The purpose of the work was to investigate the features of obesity progression and disorders of cholesterin metabolism, as well as to develop adequate training exercises. Anthropometric research was conducted by calipermetry; the biochemical research was done by various methods to ...
متن کاملPlasma NOV/CCN3 Levels Are Closely Associated with Obesity in Patients with Metabolic Disorders
OBJECTIVE Evidence points to a founder of the multifunctional CCN family, NOV/CCN3, as a circulating molecule involved in cardiac development, vascular homeostasis and inflammation. No data are available on the relationship between plasma NOV/CCN3 levels and cardiovascular risk factors in humans. This study investigated the possible relationship between plasma NOV levels and cardiovascular risk...
