Adenocarcinoma of an Unknown Primary Site: Presentation, Diagnosis, and Management

Carcinoma of unknown primary (CUP) is a rare metastatic disease in which tumor site cannot be identified. CUP diagnosis exclusion requiring prior workup to identify site. We present case 64-year-old male with vague abdominal pain, history gastroesophageal reflux (GERD), gastritis, esophagitis, hepatitis C, alcoholic pancreatitis, liver hemangioma, and Warthin tumor, family cancer that was found have CUP.
