Background: Although video-assisted thoracoscopy is widely accepted as the gold-standard approach to treating primary spontaneous pneumothorax, role of a chemical pleurodesis addition still under debate. This retrospective study compared results with iodopovidone and talc following thoracoscopic bullectomy for pneumothorax in juvenile population.
