Adaptive Color Image Encryption Scheme Based on Multiple Distinct Chaotic Maps and DNA Computing

In this paper, we propose an adaptive encryption scheme for color images using Multiple Distinct Chaotic Maps (MDCM) and DNA computing. We have chosen three distinct chaotic maps, including a 2D-Henon map, Tent Logistic to separately encrypt the red, green, blue channels of original image. The proposed adaptively modifies parameters utilizing various statistical characteristics such as mean, variance, median image be encrypted. Thus, whenever there is change in plain image, secret keys also change. This makes robust against known plaintext attacks. encoding has been used add another layer security. experimental analysis shows that average value entropy approximately eight, Number Pixels Change Rate (NPCR) Unified Average Changing Intensity (UACI) are 99.61% 33%, respectively, correlation coefficients close zero, making not only reliable but resilient many Moreover, use low-dimensional maps reduces computational costs large extent.
