Adapting the E-course for Teacher Training in the Teacher Professional Development System

In modern educational system reform in Russia, there is a deepening contradiction between the required and real level of professional competence teachers. One way to overcome this systematic development teaching staff implemented with help distance learning technologies (DLT). means ensure high quality training course evaluation by trainees. It allows for motivation training, understand directions modification. At same time, teachers themselves are experts their assessment e-course may be more objective than that trainees other professions. Additional vocational education primarily characterized degree applied orientation technologies. Such realities changes, especially digital technology education, changing rapidly. And it so fast that, fact, one person cannot aware full range which they (the changes) taking place. This problem can solved using DLT through modification e-course. The object study paper process teachers’ pedagogical subject study: mechanism optimization elearning courses used staff. Research purpose: identify mechanisms optimize effectiveness e-courses increase trainees’ motivation, correlation theory content practice under conditions synergetic approach [1]. objectives: a) parameters improving e-courses; b) develop toolkit c) recommendations e-courses. method analysis literature, Google-form-based questionnaire, synthesis, generalization. novelty related creation modifying examination themselves. article written within framework Russian Foundation Basic project 19-29-14176 “Building Fundamental Model Digital Transformation General Education System Using Platform Results-Based Education”.
