Adapting an Educational Software Internationally: Cultural and Linguistical Adaptation

This study protocol proposes an adaptation of the participatory and iterative process framework for language (PIPFLA). The adapted model follows five dimensions a cross-cultural equivalence model: semantic, content, technical, criterion, conceptual. Iterative adaptations were conducted through Delphi technique expert consultation that comprised nursing professionals from academic, administrative, practice fields, professional translators, students’ online focus groups to arrive at consensus. PIPFLA proposed in this paper uses standardized transparent documentation, including judgment. Neither systematic reviews nor empirical research currently published describe methodology used with enough details allow replication or improvement. work illustrates innovation takes concepts related cultural tools applies these ideas learning platform, based on use committees codebook development strategies.
