ACUTE AND CHRONIC CHOLANGITIS: PATHOPHYSIOLOGY, CLINIC, SURGICAL TACTICS

Summary. Aim of the study: Based on new knowledge about course acute and chronic cholangitis in patients with obstructive lesions bile ducts to improve results diagnosis treatment, using improved algorithms minimally invasive technologies.
 Materials methods. 200 were selected. There 93 men — 107 men, age ranged from 25 79 years, average was (61,8 ± 2,4) years.
 Results discussion. Reconstructive surgery for choledochal strictures should be performed if patient’s condition allows as early possible (preferably within 3–4 weeks after symptomatic biliary tree decompression) prevent development irreversible cirrhotic changes liver parenchyma.
 Conclusions. Minimally interventions are effective both treatment due intraductal causes, where they ultimate a first-line method preparation major radical intervention severe anatomical system.
