Act-belong-commit: Developing strategic plan of sustainable tourism village in Indonesia through NVivo qualitative analysis

Planning is essential in developing a sustainable tourism destination. Good planning will explain the direction, facilitate performance evaluation and minimize negative impacts. This study aims to explore perspectives of local community, village developers, policymakers, experts as strategic basis for an agriculture-culturally based development plan. qualitative research was conducted 2019-2022, using case strategy abductive approach. Data were collected through repeated observations, in-depth interviews, survey, literature studies from scientific book, journals, mass media (websites). analysis carried out qualitatively CAQDAS NVivo. The results outline priority strategies short, medium, long-term programs Cimande Village. contributes other researchers regarding vital components that must be considered rural areas, especially those on culture, namely commitment participation community customary system.JEL Classification A13; B55; D69
