Acoustic Splitter Waves Based on Ramified System Made of Waveguides

In this paper, we studied the propagation of acoustic waves in an ramified system. Our proposed system contains input waveguide length d0 and three output lines (three channels), each line a semi-infinite waveguide. The theoretical analysis is based on Transfer Matrix Method (TMM), which allows us to calculate transmission rates T1, T2, T3 reflection rate R. We demonstrate that our three-output channels can be used design multifunctional device functions as amplitude splitter: incident sound wave splited channels. This capable achieving various waveguiding characteristics with perfect transmissions.
