چکیده

The quality control of the chemical composition leaves Moringa oleifera Lam. is fundamental for dietary treatment diseases or any quantitative study on human nutrition. To highlight impact climatic and edaphic factors leaves, a multivariate chemometric method, ANOVA (ANalysis Of Variance) Common Dimensions (AComDim) was used to interpret changes in their Fourier Transform Infrared Attenuated Total Reflectance (FTIR-ATR) spectra. Leaves were collected from five geographical areas Cameroon, recognized soil diversity. factor “agroclimatic zone” most significant, followed by “month/year” (January, April September between 2015 2017), “year” “maturity” factors. Three slightly significant interactions observed. For given agroclimatic zone, January samples richer polysaccharides than which characterized highest amount proteins aromatic compounds. revealed that young contained fewer antioxidant involved all confirmed temporal character studied diversity climate soils Cameroon must be taken into account if certain typicity Oleifera constant may assured before marketing phase powder form as supplement.
