چکیده

Alzheimer's Disease (AD) is one of the consequences impaired functioning acetylcholine which can be hydrolyzed by enzyme acetylcholinesterase. treatment carried out using two approaches, namely compounds (acetylcholinesterase inhibitors) and noncholinergics (antioxidants). There are commercial drugs that slow progression Alzheimer's, but their use cause excessive side effects. The herbal plants as a cure for disease has been proven to safer does not Herbal used developed black tea, red betel, curcuma, cinnamon. This study determined extracts betel leaf, cinnamon's formula have best antioxidant activity level inhibition acetylcholinesterase enzyme. F1 (cinnamon), F5 (cinnamon, curcuma), F6 (cinnamon tea), F11 curcuma) were formulations in each type sample based on inhibitory AChE enzymes antioxidants activity. (cinnamon) most effective extract all analyzed this study.

A comparative study of the antioxidant scavenging activity of green tea, black tea and coffee extracts: a kinetic approach.

The antioxidant activities of three beverages, coffee, black tea and green tea, along with their major components, were investigated in terms of their reaction with the stable radical 2,2'-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH). We used a kinetic approach in parallel with quantification methods based on a fixed end-point to determine the scavenging efficiency of compounds abundant in these beverages ...
