چکیده

ABSTRACT Purpose: to assess the literature about accuracy of screening instruments for identifying Central Auditory Processing Disorders (CAPD). Methods: search strategies were performed in following databases: CINAHL, LILACS, PubMed /MEDLINE, Scopus, Speechbite and Web Science. A was also carried out grey literature. Four independent reviewers selected included articles using a two-phase process based on eligibility criteria. Two independently collected required information from articles. The diagnostic methods minimal batteries behavioral tests auditory processing skills. Results: 1,366 found all databases, after analysis title abstract, 36 next phase, when 5 finally included. It that studies related five applied children. specificity higher than 70%, but just Mottier test Screening Test (STAP), Checklist (SCAP) showed sensibility 70%. Conclusion: most accurate CAPD test. There no homogeneity presentation pass/fail criterion, or gold reference used establish presence CAPD.
