Accessory Minerals in the Chromitite Ores of Dzharlybutak Ore Group of Kempirsai Massif (Southern Urals, Kazakhstan): Clues for Ore Genesis

چکیده

The paper provides results of a detailed mineralogical study some chromitite ores from two deposits in the Southern Urals Kazakhstan: Almaz-Zhemchuzhina and Geofizicheskoe-VII. It is revealed that main ore minerals are Cr-spinel with high Cr# (Cr/(Cr + Al) = 0.8–0.83), as well serpentine chlorite, replacing primary olivine. Chromium spinel grains contain mineral inclusions, which distributed rather unevenly. most common inclusions olivine (serpentine) amphibole; phlogopite, pyroxenes, base metal sulfides rare. Olivine chromite highest magnesium (Fo97–98), anomalously nickel (up to 1.8 wt.% NiO). closure exchange reactions between occurred temperature range 700–850 °C oxygen fugacity −1.04 … +2.8 ΔFMQ, likely corresponds upper mantle settings fore-arc basin. A few tens monomineral polymineral intergrowths platinum group (PGMs) were found aggregates. Notably, mainly represented by Ru, Os, Ir disulfides, while iridium prevails (with widespread native phases, sulfides, sulfoarsenides). PGM included often associated hydrous silicates: amphibole, less phlogopite or chlorite. Discussed possible genesis inclusions. As preliminary conclusion, we suggest solid-phase processes played significant role crystallization investigated ores.

Ore Minerals under the Microscope

THE student of geology in the course of his training usually passes through three stages of achievement: A first in which he learns to identify the materials with which he works; a second in which he learns to recognize the distribution of these materials in space; and a third in which, from this distribution, he interprets the geologic history of the area of the assemblage of materials. Paraph...

Group connectivity of graphs satisfying Ore-condition

In this paper, we show that a simple graph G satisfying Ore-condition with |V (G)| ≥ 3 is A-connected if and only if G is not a 4-cycle, where A is an abelian group of order at least 4.

Ore mineralogy and fluid inclusions constraints on genesis of the Muteh gold deposit (western Iran)

The Muteh gold deposit (NE of Golpaygan) in the central part of intrusive-metamorphic belt of Sanandaj-Sirjan zone comprises NW-SE trending gold-quartz vein occurred in metamorphic complex. Gold mineralization is associated with quartz veins that formed during regional deformation across the mylonitic zones in metamorphic rocks of predominantly meta-volcanic, gneiss and schist. The sulfidation ...
