The success of education cannot be separated from the teacher's performance in learning activities. Academic supervision carried out by principal is one supporting activities improving teacher teaching. aim research to describe and analyze academic PAI teachers lesson planning, implementation, evaluation. paradigm this post-positivism. analysis includes stages before field, during field after field. results study show that has showing planning implementation skills are competent, it's just there still a few weaknesses carrying evaluations, must pay more attention evaluation aspect supervision, whereas terms teaching performance, improve its follow-up student assessment results. school principals further their following up on recommendation researcher next at Walisongo Education Foundation Magelang quite significant implications for increasing professionalism there.
