Academic and Administrative Perceptions on Total Quality Management Practices

Many studies in the field of TQM have been conducted recent years. The majority these addressed concept manufacturing. Although few considered service sectors such as education section, none role subculture implementing practices. This study aims to fill this gap by highlighting adoption uses a questionnaire adapted from previous that were sent 399 staff at Community College Qatar. returned questionnaires represent 35% sample. data analyzed SPSS 20 version. After ensuring reliability and validity data, an independent-samples t-test was determine if there is any difference between two groups (academic administrative staff) with regard implementation results revealed agree only on leadership vision practice.
