Abstract Adsorbed methane significantly affects shale gas reservoir estimates and transport in formations. Hence, a practical model for accurately representing adsorption behavior at high-pressure high-temperature is imperative. In this study, reliable mathematical framework that the absolute directly from low-pressure excess data applied to describe literature.
