Background Systemic sclerosis (SSc) is an autoimmune multi-systemic disease with predominant affection of connective tissue resulting in progressive fibrosis the skin and internal organs. Methods A cross- sectional study was carried out patients followed for systemic at a rheumatology department. Included completed Hospital Anxiety Depression scale its Arabic validated version.
