AB1387 A RARE CAUSE OF PES ANSERINE BURSITIS: TIBIAL EXOSTOSIS: THREE CASE REPORTS

Background Pes anserine bursitis is a syndrome causing pain at the medial knee and proximal tibia [1]. Sartorius, gracilis, semitendinous tendons attach 5 cm distal to joint line taking shape called pes anserinus. It more common obese females with osteoarthritis between 50-80 years of age Rarely, tibial bone spurs present as rose thorns cause anserinus [2]. Objectives In this case report, we presented exostosis which randomly detected resulting in three patients. Methods Case 1 (NB): A 58-years-old female patient was admitted our outpatient clinic right pain. She had for 2 months, increasing standing walking. physical examination, she did not describe any trauma, area where attached painful.
