AB0127 COMBINATION THERAPY WITH METHOTREXATE AND QUALITY OF LIFE IN RHEUMATOID ARTHRITIS

Background: The level of quality life in patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is often overlooked. These suffer from an often-precarious resulting pain, joint destruction and fatigue. Objectives: main objective this study was to compare the RA receiving treatment disease-modifying anti-rheumatic drugs (DMARDs): monotherapy (biological only) versus combination therapy methotrexate. Methods: We performed a descriptive 56 meeting criteria ACR 2010. SPSS.20 software used for statistical analyses. Results: were patients: 93% women 7% men, mean age 46.74 years average duration disease 14.74 years. 28 on rituximab, 19 tocilizumab 9 TNFi. HAQ 1.11. 52.38% biological alone as monotherapy. Compliance Questionnaire Rheumatology score (CQR19) 55.15 / 100, RAID (Rheumatoid Arthritis Impact Disease) 3.08 10, SF36 56.01 AIMS 2.10 10 social activity, 2.44 3.32 depression 4.06 physical activity. comparison between 2 groups (Combination vs monotherapy) did not find any significant difference terms parameters: An SF-36 score> 55 found 56% vs. 44% monotherapy, 3.02 3.12, activity 2.08 2.13, pain 2.33 2.59, physics 4 4.11. Conclusion: Our demonstrate superiority methotrexate improving life. use biotherapy has been shown be important pharmacological strategy overall management disease.
