A young child with a headache

چکیده

A boy aged five years presented with a new recurrent headache over the past month, associated nausea and occasional vomiting, as well photophobia, phonophobia pallor. The episodes lasted up to six hours at time occurred 3–4 times per week. They were usually preceded by approximately 30 minutes of irritable dysregulated behaviour. any day. patient had only woken once headache. There was no abdominal pain. The patient’s history included atopic dermatitis obstructive sleep apnoea successfully treated tonsillectomy. He lived his mother sister attended day care. His immunisations date he developmentally appropriate. reported experiencing classic migraines aura.
