چکیده

The eco-friendly high-performance thin-layer chromatographic (HPTLC) approaches for measuring cinnarizine (CIN) are scant in reported databases. As a result, the current work has developed and validated an HPTLC technique assessing CIN commercial formulations. proposed approach was based use of ethyl alcohol-water (90:10 v/v) as mobile phase. A wavelength 197 nm used to detect CIN. greenness score measured using Analytical GREENness (AGREE) approach. linear measurement 50–800 ng band−1 range. successfully ICH guidelines found be linear, accurate (% recovery = 99.07–101.29%), precise CV 0.80–0.95%), robust, sensitive (LOD 16.81 LOQ 50.43 band−1), specific, selective, stability-indicating, eco-friendly. AGREE calculated 0.80, showing excellent characteristic present Under forced degradation conditions, successful separating product, demonstrating stability-indicating qualities/selectivity % assay tablet brands B 98.64 101.22%, respectively, suggesting reliability pharmaceutical analysis dosage forms. obtained findings indicated that formulations could routinely determined
