A user experience map design method based on emotional quantification of in-vehicle HMI

Abstract The emotional experience of the driver is influenced by design in-vehicle interaction interface. User journey maps are commonly used designers to reveal interface pain points and refine user needs, further studies required effectively characterize quantify needs. This study provides a method for accurately presenting driver’s through human–machine using Kansei engineering journey. Firstly, semantic difference approach was match relationship between behavioral touchpoints imagery words And then quantification curve built generate an average value word evaluation. Finally, were identified iterative carried out. A validation implemented ensure method’s validity. demonstrated that quantitative map could efficiently depict findings quantification. enables recognize needs while also facilitating product iterations.
