A Systematic Review on Low-Level Laser Therapy in the Management of Shoulder Impingement Syndrome

Background: Conservative therapy is currently the elective treatment for shoulder impingement syndrome according to scientific literature. The success of conservative due physiotherapy and application its methods. aim this systematic review was evaluate low-level laser therapy, a physiotherapeutic method pain reduction increasing range motion. Methods: This conducted Preferred Reporting Items Systematic Reviews Meta-analyses (PRISMA) guidelines. screening literature carried out on Cochrane, PEDro, PubMed/Medline, Scopus databases up until December 2021. All studies were randomized controlled trials (RCTs), five articles met inclusion criteria included in study. risk bias evaluated with PEDro Jadad scales. Results: In study, we reviewed RCTs that compared other treatments reduce improve motion patients syndrome. Conclusions: Low-level requires further investigation future studies.
