چکیده
Metallic nanoparticles (MNP) have captivated scientist for over a century and are now profoundly utilized in biomedical sciences engineering. MNPs interact with key cellular organelles biomolecules, including DNA, enzymes, ribosomes, liposomes, which can an impact on gene expression, oxidative stress, protein enzyme activation, cell membrane permeability. It has been shown that the metabolites of living organisms like bacteria, yeast, fungi, plant cells convert inorganic metal ions into NPs. By utilizing biological agents green chemistry, metallic produced less adverse effects more effective against cancer cells. These physically infiltrate kill them by activating variety biochemical pathways, apoptosis, necrosis, autophagy. This review focuses (copper, gold, silver) their usefulness treating endemic diseases cancer, hepatitis, malaria. In near future, NPs may also be successful affordable alternative drug-resistant bacterial infections.

متن کاملGreen Synthesis of Metallic Nanoparticles via Biological Entities
Nanotechnology is the creation, manipulation and use of materials at the nanometre size scale (1 to 100 nm). At this size scale there are significant differences in many material properties that are normally not seen in the same materials at larger scales. Although nanoscale materials can be produced using a variety of traditional physical and chemical processes, it is now possible to biologica...

Over the past few decades interest in metallic nanoparticles and their synthesis has greatly increased. This has resulted in the development of numerous ways of producing metallic nanoparticles using chemical and physical methods. However, drawbacks such as the involvement of toxic chemicals and the high-energy requirements of production make it difficult for them to be widely implemented. An a...
