A STUDY OF EMPLOYEE SATISFACTION AND ITS IMPACT ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE WITH SPECIFIC REFERENCE TO ORGANIZED RETAILING IN NAGPUR

The Employee Satisfaction Survey is part of the Strategic Framework, and will be one several measures used to indicate overall organizational performance. Organizations spend an inordinate amount time energy focusing on service output, or customer experience, often without giving thought what employees are experiencing along way. best way realign strategy consider shifting your primary focus from employee experience. Success important indicator in companys success continuous growth. This study finds out various factors underlying satisfaction. To achieve aim questionnaire survey was used. results show that there direct impact all organization. Job satisfaction related different Socioeconomic personal factors, such as: Age, Sex, Incentives, Working Environment, Education, duration work etc. present paper highlight affecting job retails as India retail IndiaBulls mart, Apna Bhanadar, Purti Superbazar, Big Bazar, Pyramid, Day Nagpur region Bulls Bhandar, region, India.
