Working as a nurse in another country is very interesting many healthcare systems need to be learned. A few patients have specific disease requiring innovative approaches reduce adverse outcomes. In this article, we explained our experience being nurses Brunei Darussalam. Patients transition from highly supportive medical environments filled with the possibility of large number physicians, nurses, aides, and other professionals non-medical formal informal carer support that frequently supplemented by visits home care when they leave hospital return nursing care. carers may difficulty making sense information provided them different clinicians before discharged nurses. This can often inconsistent. Providers, for their part, an incomplete awareness patient's environment skills both patient carer. Despite these challenges, are most expected themselves actively involved treatment extent necessary own control problems.
