A Secure and Efficient Signature Scheme for IoT in Healthcare

To provide faster access to the treatment of patients, healthcare system can be integrated with Internet Things prior and timely health services patient. There is a huge limitation in sensing layer as IoT devices here have low computational power, limited storage less battery life. So, this amount data needs stored on cloud. The information sensed by these made accessible internet from where medical staff, doctors, relatives family members information. This helps improving well getting assistance, tracking routine activities focus elderly people frequent basis. However, transmission cloud faces many security challenges vulnerable different privacy threats during path. purpose research design Certificateless Secured Signature Scheme that will magnificent data. signature, removes intricate certificate management key escrow problem, one practical methods integrity identity authentication for IoT. Experimental result shows proposed scheme performs better than existing certificateless signature schemes terms cost, encryption decryption time. best combination high cost efficiency further suitable resource constrained environment.
