A Risk-Data-Based Human Reliability Analysis for Chemical Experiments with Hazardous Processes

In recent years, chemical experiment accidents have frequently occurred, resulting in injuries and fatalities among researchers. It is crucial to address this issue improve laboratory safety. Based on many publications, it clear that human error makes a major contribution which contain hazardous processes. However, there limited research focusing safety, also lack of effective measures assess Human Error Probability (HEP) for experimental process Therefore, we propose an improved Cognitive Reliability Analysis Method (CREAM) based risk data the HEP during processes experiments. The proposed method adjusts nine Common Performance Conditions (CPCs) conventional CREAM make them suitable describe Then, contrast traditional approach, study uses definition as support collect CPC from perspectives possibility severity, so rationality decrease subjectivity expert judgment. Afterwards, weight value each calculated through Gray Relation (GRA) collected CPC. Meanwhile, are used determine fuzzy degrees CPC, activated If-Then rules, corresponding rule weights. Finally, CPCs’ membership degrees, weights, weights integrated together acquire by defuzzification. short, changes CPCs ensure they suitable, then innovatively source directly indirectly CPC’s degree, importance weight, theory GRA collecting final results.
