A Review Regarding Cooling Techniques in the Turning, Milling and Cutting Process

Abstract The aim of the paper is to present actual state techniques regarding influence cryogenic cooling in turning and milling process. Processing some materials impossible without tool or processed material. Hard-to-cut are increasingly used industry, so new methods these had be researched. Cryogenic most efficient method cool down turning, cutting tools. There a lot that not affected by low temperature liquid nitrogen (LN 2 ), on contrary, they behave better have proprieties after being cooled with LN . On other hand, there do very well them because their properties changed, but right equipment, amount can controlled, could maintained at an optimal level. This highlights advantages systems compared classic (cooling lubricating same time) industrially used.
