چکیده
A U-shaped automated container terminal (ACT) has been proposed for the first time globally and adopted to construct Beibu Gulf Port ACT. In this ACT layout, double cantilevered rail crane (DCRC) simultaneously provides loading unloading services external trucks (ECTs) automatic guided vehicles (AGVs) entering yard. The DCRC a complex scheduling coupling relationship with AGV ECT, its mathematical model is extremely complex. There an urgent need study practical collaborative optimization algorithm DCRC, AGV, ECT. paper, we optimize process flow of DCRCs refined DCRCs, AGVs ECTs in ACTs. Firstly, analyze operation divide 16 conditions into four modes optimization. Secondly, different variables parameters are set DCRC’s operating modes, dispatching proposed. Finally, adaptive co-evolutionary genetic solves model. Meanwhile, arithmetic examples verify correctness practicality algorithm. experimental results show that total running shortest when number quay cranes (QC) ratios 1:2 1:10, respectively. At same time, QCs more significant impact on efficiency than AGVs, priority should be given allocation DCRCs. research have essential guidance value ACTs under construction enrich theory method equipment.

In other words, one of the most important constraints in...
متن کاملAn Integrated Scheduling Problem of Container Handling Equipment in the Loading Operation at Automated Container Terminals
In automated container terminals, containers are transported between ships and storage yard by differen types of vehicles, for example, guided vehicle (AGV, yard crane (YC) and quay crane (QC). To improve the productivity of the automated container terminals, it is important to harmoniously synchronize operations of different types of container handling equipment. This paper examines the schedu...

This paper investigates the relationship between quay cranes, yard machines and container storage locations in a multi-berth and multi-ship environment. The aims are to develop a model for improving the operation efficiency of the seaports and to develop an analytical tool for yard operation plan...
متن کاملSimultaneous Optimization of Berth Allocation, Quay Crane Assignment and Quay Crane Scheduling Problems in Container Terminals
In this work, we focus on the integrated planning of the following problems faced within the context of seaside operations at container terminals: berth allocation, quay crane assignment, and quay crane scheduling. First, we formulate a new binary integer linear program for the integrated solution of the berth allocation and quay crane assignment problems called BACAP. Then we extend it by inco...
