Background: Repeat caesarean sections are known to be a cause of significant morbidity in both intra and post-operative period. The challenges faced by the surgeon may include adhesions, difficulty delivery foetus, visceral injury bleeding. recovery marred problems such as post-partum haemorrhage, febrile morbidity, wound infections after effects intra-operative injury. It is these issues that often make repeat section for concern delay mother. Methods: At random, hundred ante-natal patients visiting obstetric OPD, meeting inclusion criteria previous planned were selected all data collected tabulated. Results: After careful analysis data, it observed findings placenta praevia excessive blood loss encountered relook sections. Similarly post operative form infection fever same study population. Conclusions: If we more vigilant restrict number primary evidence based appropriate indications, successful reducing thereby mitigating subsequent hardships
