A rare case of sirenomelia

We reporting case neonate born an unregistered multipara mother. baby had perinatal asphyxia, sirenomelia, dextrocardia, low set ears, lymphatic malformation, bilateral renal agenesis, absent external genitalia anus, single artery, congenital corneal clouding. There was no antenatal ultrasonography done died at 6 h life.
