چکیده
A single coronary artery (SCA) is a relatively rare anomaly. Absent right (RCA) the rarest of anomalies occurring when doesn’t develop. In past 14 years till 2020, only 26 cases congenital absence RCA have been reported in 24 articles. We report case left with detected by angiography and confirmed CT angiography. The territory was being supplied branch from circumflex (LCX) artery. patient presented nonspecific central chest pain. aim to shed light on this anomaly raise awareness among medical practitioners.

Congenital Absence of Left Circumflex Coronary Artery
Congenital absence of left circumflex artery is a rare congenital anomaly of the coronary arteries. The prevalence of the anomaly in different studies ranges from 0.6% to 1.3%. Of these, 80% are benign and asymptomatic and 20% are clinically important. We report a 56-year-old man presented with acute resting chest pain who was diagnosed as having acute anterolateral infarction accompanied by el...
متن کاملClinical Implications of Congenital Absence of Circumflex Coronary Artery
Introduction: Coronary artery anomalies are rare clinical entities reported in 0.6% to 5.6% of diagnostic coronary angiographies. Anomalous origins of coronary arteries from distal segments are rarely reported. Presented herein is a coronary anomaly in which the circumflex artery (CX) originated as a continuation of the posterolateral branch of the right coronary artery (RCA) w...

Single right coronary artery with congenital absence of left coronary artery is one of the rarest coronary artery anomalies. Most coronary anomalies are asymptomatic and incidental findings. We report a case of single right coronary artery with congenital absence of left coronary artery detected by coronary CT angiography. Physical examination revealed a well-nourished female with a blood press...
متن کاملA rare Congenital Coronary Artery Anomaly: Woven Right Coronary Artery associated with Myocardial Infarction
Woven coronary artery (WCA) is an extremely rare and still not a clearly de ined coronary anomaly. It is characterized by the division of epicardial coronary artery into thin channels which then reanastomose with the distal part of the abnormal coronary artery [1]. Since the angiographic imaging of WCA looks like an intracoronary thrombus and dissection; the differential diagnosis between ather...

congenital anomalies of coronary arteries, albeit rare, may be significant contributors to angina pectoris, hemodynamic abnormalities, and sudden cardiac death. a 47-year-old man referred to us with atypical chest pain. electrocardiography demonstrated no significant ischemic changes, but cardiac troponin i test was positive. the patient underwent coronary angiography, which revealed a single c...
