چکیده
Nowadays, despite significant advances in the field of biomaterials for tissue engineering applications, novel bone substituents still need refinement so they can be successfully implemented into medical treatment fractures. Generally, a scaffold made synthetic polymer blended with nanofillers was proven to very promising biomaterial engineering, however choice components said remains questionable. The objects presented study were composites consisting poly(ε-caprolactone) (PCL) and two types graphene materials: oxide (GO) partially reduced (rGO). technique choice, that used characterize obtained composites, Raman micro-spectroscopy. It revealed composite PCL/GO differs substantially from PCL/rGO composite. incorporation GO particles influenced structure organisation polymeric matrix more significantly than rGO. crystallinity parameters confirmed level is generally higher membrane comparison (and even raw PCL) leads conclusion acts as nucleation agent enhancing crystallization PCL. Interestingly, characteristics studied nanofillers, example: (D/G ratio) in-plane size nano-crystallites (La) almost do not differ. However, have an ability influence differently.

Carbon black-intercalated reduced graphene oxide electrode with graphene oxide separator for high-performance supercapacitor
We present a general study on a high performance supercapacitor based on intercalated reduced graphene oxide with carbon black nanoparticles. Graphene oxide sheets were synthesized by oxidation and exfoliation of natural graphite and were reduced using hydroiodic acid in the presence of carbon black nanoparticles. Graphene paper was fabricated by one-step procedure via simultaneous reducing and...
متن کاملAntibacterial activity of graphite, graphite oxide, graphene oxide, and reduced graphene oxide: membrane and oxidative stress.
Health and environmental impacts of graphene-based materials need to be thoroughly evaluated before their potential applications. Graphene has strong cytotoxicity toward bacteria. To better understand its antimicrobial mechanism, we compared the antibacterial activity of four types of graphene-based materials (graphite (Gt), graphite oxide (GtO), graphene oxide (GO), and reduced graphene oxide ...
متن کاملComparative study of bioactivity of collagen scaffolds coated with graphene oxide and reduced graphene oxide
BACKGROUND Graphene oxide (GO) is a single layer carbon sheet with a thickness of less than 1 nm. GO has good dispersibility due to surface modifications with numerous functional groups. Reduced graphene oxide (RGO) is produced via the reduction of GO, and has lower dispersibility. We examined the bioactivity of GO and RGO films, and collagen scaffolds coated with GO and RGO. METHODS GO and R...
متن کاملReduced graphene oxide molecular sensors.
We demonstrate reduced graphene oxide as the active material for high-performance molecular sensors. Sensors are fabricated from exfoliated graphene oxide platelets that are deposited to form an ultrathin continuous network. These graphene oxide networks are tunably reduced toward graphene by varying the exposure time to a hydrazine hydrate vapor. The conductance change of the networks upon exp...
متن کاملAre vacuum-filtrated reduced graphene oxide membranes symmetric?
Graphene or reduced graphene oxide (rGO) membrane-based materials are promising for many advanced applications due to their exceptional properties. One of the most widely used synthesis methods for rGO membranes is vacuum filtration of graphene oxide (GO) on a filter membrane, followed by reduction, which shows great advantages such as operational convenience and good controllability. Despite v...
