چکیده
In this paper, a quasi-optical resonator with new coupling method and parasitic-mode-suppressing in 110–170 GHz is proposed. The of terahertz (THz) paper realized by PCB substrate processing pressurized flange. At the same time, parasitic mode effectively suppressed slitting plane mirror to reduce influence on main during test. And fused quartz sample was tested verify feasibility system for complex dielectric testing materials GHz.
