From the neo-classical period to modern management era, growth and collapse of enterprises in high technology sectors under aegis disruptive innovation has interested several researchers economics, management, business strategy, among others. A structured questionnaire was circulated amongst 57 respondents from employees working manufacturing industries at Coimbatore district primary data gathered. study conducted using statistical methods such as percentage analysis, Correlation regression analysis. study's results reaffirmed belief that innovation, when handled properly, may result successful entrepreneurial endeavours company longevity.
