Background The global burden of childhood cancer is poorly quantified, but it estimated that 80% all children with live in low- and middle-income countries cure rates far lower than high-income nations.
 Objective To describe the Yogyakarta Region pediatric profile from 2010-2019 compare to a 2000-2009 study same setting.
 Methods This retrospective was conducted patients aged £18 years diagnosed Dr. Sardjito General Hospital 2010 2019. Pediatric patient data were collected hospital hardcopy electronic medical records. An annual average incidence rate calculated number by their regions origin visualized. malignancies recorded also compared found study.
 Results There 1,839 new cases registered Cancer Registry during period. mean age at diagnosis 6.3 male-to-female ratio 1.4: 1.0. Fifty-six% cancers 0-5-years group. most common category leukemia, which accounted for 60% malignancies. three diagnoses acute lymphoblastic leukemia (44%), myeloid (12%), retinoblastoma (7%). solid tumors 26.8 17.5 per million, respectively. 1,124 case. Therefore, there an increase 63.6% Conclusion study. referred our increased, indicating more inclusive registry, better referral system, access health care facility.
