A prototype of 3D-printed permanent magnet generator for low power applications

Recently, there has been a growing interest in the field of using 3D-printing technology for electrical machine manufacturing. However, almost research works have done majorly on individual working parts various machines. This presents study design, fabrication and testing protopype permanent magnet generator technology. The major proposed are fabricated though 3D-printed materials. stator winding designed consists 12 slots. coil is to 250 turns per slot pieces neodymium magnets used generate magnetic rotor core. prototype tested under different condition; no-load loaded-test. experimental shown that condition, this able output voltage 3.3-64.5 V, when rotated at speed 100-2,500 rpm.
