Cyst is a pathological cavity filled with fluid, semifluid or gaseous content lined by epithelium and not created the accumulation of pus. Cysts jaws are treated enucleation marsupialization. After removal cyst, space-occupying stent fabricated for faster healing patient comfort. Stents appliances constructed to cover tissues teeth their protection, carry medicaments, radium material, control bleeding, determine radiographically prospective site dental implant. used shaping alveolar process positioning gingival tissues. It enhances wound preventing food impaction. We reporting case mandibular multilocular cyst that was post-surgical stent.
