A Photo-Responsive Porphyrin-Mn@Choles Complex for Bacteria Treatment

Biocompatible photo-driven producers of singlet oxygen can inhibit the growth drug-resistant bacteria and tumors. In order to develop targeting generator for tumor bacterial treatment, a metal porphyrin liposome (Phy–Mn–Ls) was prepared by coordination reaction self-assembly compounds with polymer (HS–PEG–chol). The production 1O2, binding bovine serum protein (BSA) lipase, toxicity MCF-7 breast cancer cells inhibitory effect on Escherichia coli have been investigated. Fluorescence analysis results show that Phy–Mn–Ls bind it shows less conformation BSA is low cytotoxicity without irradiation. particular, good biocompatibility made exhibit photosensitive antibacterial activity anti-tumor properties. demonstrate HS–PEG–chol metal-phorphrin coodination an effective way nano-complexes lipase affinity photodriven treatment.
