Background: Lumbar spondylolysis is a common fatigue fracture of the pars interarticularis lamina lumbar spine in adolescent athletes presenting with clefts. Some pseudarthrotic causes low back pain or radiculopathy. This study presents case that was successfully treated using modified smiley face rod technique.
